So, I bought a nice brown wig and proceeded to cut and hairspray it to within an inch of its life. And got a nice spikey brown Tsuna wig. Problem? The wig is too thin so I'm going to either have to restyle it so all the lacing isn't showing or get a new wig. Also, found that spikes don't look particularly great with my face. Or maybe its just the wig? Who knows. Either way it didn't turn out the way I'd hoped. Styling it was really fun though.

I'm planning on getting a sewing machine sometime this month or at the least arranging to borrow my mothers so I can start working on my costumes. I have to make an Akatsuki cloak for konan, a sweatshirt/hoodie for Tsuna, and the gloves and mittens, and I have to make Tsubaki's whole outfit. That's probably going to be the hardest one. I'm doing Konan's cloak first since I'll probably be wearing it to AWA which is in 42 days. Then I'll have to do start working on Tsuna's gloves and Tsubaki's dress thingy at the same time. I'll be multi-tasking as much as possible since I'll be taking 5 classes at the same time. *sigh*

First come the wigs though since their easier. Next week, Jadon will be in Orlando so I'll probably start working on restyling my Tsuna wig and buying my Tsubaki wig. I'm torn between buying it online or buying it at the store up the street. I'll probably get it online since it'll probably work better coming from a cosplay store.

Second I'll have to go out and find patterns for all the costumes I want to make. So, it'll be a trip to Jo-Ann's to look for patterns. Then I'll have to start looking at fabrics to try and figure out which ones will work best for each one.

Third will be accessories. Gotta figure out how I'm going to do Tsuna's gloves and mittens. Also find the shoes I want of Tsubaki and Konan.

*sigh* This is going to be a lot of work. But I'm really really excited about it.
